By using Smartiv Hospitality, you (“you”, “your”, or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our services.

1. Use of the Platform
Smartiv Hospitality is designed to enhance the digital experience of guests and users within hospitality environments such as hotels, hospitals, serviced apartments, and other managed accommodations. Use of the platform must comply with the following conditions:

  • You agree to use Smartiv solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • You shall not use the platform for any malicious, unauthorized, or commercial purposes not intended by the service.
  • Features such as emergency mode, chat, CCTV, and content management are provided based on integrations determined by the hospitality provider.

 

2. User Conduct
You agree not to:

  • Access or tamper with systems that you are not authorized to use.
  • Use the platform to transmit any harmful, illegal, or disruptive content.
  • Attempt to interfere with the performance, security, or availability of Smartiv Hospitality.
  • Circumvent any content restrictions or security features.

 

3. Content and Services
Smartiv provides tools for managing content such as TV channels, promotional banners, welcome messages, digital signage, and other interactive features. The content you view or interact with may be:

  • Curated and controlled by the hospitality provider (e.g., hotel or hospital management).
  • Subject to change based on your location, language, or preferences.
  • Supported by third-party integrations, including but not limited to: video feeds, chat services, and deep-linked applications.

We are not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or legality of content managed by third parties.

4. Availability and Updates
While we aim to ensure uninterrupted availability of Smartiv, we make no guarantees that the service will be error-free, secure, or always available. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue any part of the platform without notice
  • Update, upgrade, or patch software as necessary for performance or security
  • Suspend access temporarily for maintenance or technical reasons

 

5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Smartiv Hospitality platform, including its design, software, logos, trademarks, and proprietary features, are owned by Smartiv or its licensors. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or derive source code from the platform
  • Use Smartiv trademarks or branding without prior written permission
  • Claim ownership of any part of the platform or its services

 

6. Data and Privacy
Use of Smartiv Hospitality is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and store data. By using the platform, you consent to the handling of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-Party Services
Smartiv may integrate with third-party platforms, content sources, or APIs (e.g., IPTV, CCTV, chat systems). We are not responsible for:

  • The availability or content of third-party services
  • Data collection practices of third parties
  • Failures or disruptions caused by third-party providers

Use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smartiv and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the platform
  • Data loss, system downtime, or unauthorized access caused by external factors
  • Decisions made based on information displayed or managed through the platform

 

9. Termination
Smartiv reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform if:

  • You breach these Terms
  • Misuse of the platform is detected
  • Required by law or at the request of a hospitality partner

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease immediately.

10. Governing Law
